Not all teams are built the same. Some come together instantly, there’s camaraderie, they look out for each other, they gel and the results start rolling in.
Others take work. There’s a lack of trust, conflict, they don’t seem to get on, much of their time is spent doing things other than what they’ve been brought together to do. Or there’s confusion and the work seems to take them much longer to complete than it might take others.
