How We Work
Fired Up Leaders offer an 8-12 month programme that will raise your awareness around the current performance and behaviours that are currently holding you back, while giving you the tools and strategies to move forward.

Something to be aware of. Coaching is about accountability, forward progression, improvement in behaviours and answering difficult questions. It requires work. Nicola is a coach who will challenge you at times in all of these areas, whilst also building your confidence and helping you to develop your capabilities.
